Product Description
Golden Mask 4WD is a very fast fully analogue metal detector, running at two frequencies - 8 and 18 kHz, with integrated wireless transmitter and wireless headphones. At 18kHz the machine is very sensitive to tiny objects like small coins and gold nuggets, while at 8kHz GM4WD goes deep in the ground for searching relics and medium to large objects. The detector has super-fast recovery speed making it the ideal choice for searching in trashy areas, especially if equipped with a small-size search coil like the new 18 cm (7") or 23 cm (9") Spider coils.
Analogue means the signal from the coil goes directly to the sound output, without any modification and filtering, so the sound keeps all the information coming from the search coil and when you have an ear and have enough experience with the machine, you can easily distinguish different targets. In addition, the analogue electronics allow to hear the weakest signals (headphones are strongly recommended) that the digital detectors are often filtering.
You can order it with or without wireless headphones, just choose the corresponding option from the options drop-down menu. The version without the headphones does not have a transmitter, so you cannot add wireless headphones later, but you can, of course, use wired headphones.
WARNING: The default options are set for the version without wireless headphones. If you want the standard version with wireless headphones, please choose the corresponding option from the drop-down menu.
