Personal Data Protection Policy

GMD does not collect any personal information about you except for information that you voluntarily provide when you submit an email or an order for a product that we sell through this shop. All the personal information is treated confidentially and is carefully protected from unauthorized use. As a personal information we consider the following: your name, postal address, IP address (location), e-mail address, bank account number and phone number.

We do not use user profiles with our store, so all personal information about our customers is stored on the PayPal servers and you can manage the stored information from your PayPal account. We use the information from PayPal to issue an invoice for your order and to ship the order to your address. We keep some of your personal data only for accounting purposes, according to the Bulgarian tax and accounting law and in accordance with the EU GDPR act.

We do not collect, nor we could see any credit/debit card information - those are accessed only by our card processing partner - PayPal.

What are cookies?

Our website uses two cookies - one to store your shipping destination choice and a second one to store the cookie consent status. The first cookie named "gmd_stored_country" expires in 30 days, the second one, named "cookieconsent_status" expires after 365 days .

We use Facebook Pixel to manage our Facebook advertising campaigns. Facebook sets cookies on your computer to better point our adverts. Please consult the Facebook website for more information about how Facebook uses cookies.

Cookies may be used by the payment gateways we use to process payments.

How to control cookies

You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed.
